What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns for an exchange on eligible regular-priced clothing within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Please note that for finality and hygiene reasons, all sale items, jewellery, accessories, and lifestyle goods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days for in-stock items. Express shipping is available for 1–2 business days.

What is the difference between shipping and delivery?

Shipping refers to the time taken for us to prepare and dispatch your order from our premises. For certain items that require re-stocking from overseas suppliers, this may add an extra 3–5 business days before shipping begins.

Delivery refers to the time taken for your order to reach you once it has been shipped. Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, while express delivery takes 1–2 business days (excluding supplier lead times).


What if my order takes longer than expected?

In some cases, items may require additional time if we need to re-stock from our suppliers. This can add 3–5 business days before shipping begins.


Why don’t I see tracking information for my order?

We’ll keep you updated with tracking details whenever our courier partners support it and the information is synced with our system.

Tracking availability may vary depending on the courier partner’s technology and integration with our platform.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayNow (UEN No. T25LL1035B) for secure online payment.


How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes detailed measurements and fit information. You may also refer to our Size Guide for additional guidance.


Can I change my order after placing it?

We’re happy to help with quick changes to size or colour, as long as the option is available. Please contact us at hello@lovebeyond.sg within one business hour of placing your order.

If your preferred size or colour isn’t available, you may exchange for another item of equal or higher value.

Changes can only be made during business hours. Orders placed after midnight are not eligible for changes.

Once your order has been processed beyond this window, we’re unable to accept further changes.


Can I cancel my order after placing it?

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exchanges may be requested within one business hour of ordering (please refer to “Can I change my order after placing it?” above).


Will items be restocked if out of stock?

We restock popular items regularly. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our notifications to be informed when items return.
