Exchange & Refund – Quick Guide
Order Changes (Before Delivery)
Size/colour adjustments are possible within 1 business hour (during business hours), subject to stock availability.
Orders placed outside business hours may be processed before we see your message, so changes may not be possible.
Cancellations are not accepted once an order is confirmed.
After Delivery (Within 14 Days)
Exchanges (eligible cases):
- Size or colour changes (only for items with multiple sizes/colors).
- Defective/damaged items.
- Incorrect items received.
Delivery Fee for Exchange:
- Change of mind (size/colour) → S$5 standard delivery fee.
- Defective/incorrect items → no delivery fee.
Refunds: Only for defective/incorrect items if a replacement cannot be provided.
Not eligible for exchange: Sale items, lifestyle/accessory items (earrings, mugs, stationery, etc), and one-size/free-size items.
Eligibility (Item Condition)
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, original condition.
- Original tags and packaging intact.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@lovebeyond.sg. Include: order number + reason. For defective/incorrect items, attach a clear photo.

Receive Instructions
We’ll reply within 3 business days with instructions and the return address. -
Send it Back
Return shipping fees are borne by the customer (except for defective/incorrect items). We recommend a trackable service as we’re not responsible for lost parcels.
How We Make It Right
Exchange (Our priority solution): we’ll send the correct size/color/replacement promptly. If you choose a higher-value item, a top-up for the price difference applies.
Refund (exception only): if the item is defective/incorrect and replacement isn’t possible, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
