We want you to shop with confidence at Love Beyond. Please review the policy below carefully to ensure a smooth experience.


Before Delivery

Order Changes

  • Size or colour changes are only possible within 1 business hour during business hours.
  • Orders placed outside business hours (eg after midnight) are not eligible for changes.
  • All changes are subject to stock availability.
  • If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, you may exchange for another item of equal or higher value (top-up applies).

Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.


After Delivery

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery for the following cases:

  • Size or colour changes (only for items with multiple sizes or colours; one-size / free-size items are not eligible)
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect items received

Delivery Fees

  • Change of mind (size/colour): S$5 standard delivery fee applies
  • Defective or incorrect items: No delivery fee charged

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and a replacement cannot be provided.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Sale items
  • Lifestyle and accessory items (e.g. earrings, mugs, stationery)
  • One-size / free-size items

Item Condition

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact

How to Request an Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our support team at hello@lovebeyond.sg within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and reason for exchange. For defective or incorrect items, attach a clear photo for verification.

Step 2: Receive Instructions

We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Step 3: Send It Back

Pack the item securely and return it to us.

  • Return shipping fees are borne by the customer (except for defective or incorrect items)
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service
  • Love Beyond is not responsible for lost return parcels

How We Make It Right

Exchange (Our Priority Solution)

We aim to resolve issues through an exchange whenever possible. We will send the correct size, colour, or replacement item promptly.

If you choose an item of higher value, a top-up for the price difference will be required.

Refund (The Exception)

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect and a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
