Shipping & Delivery (Singapore)

We deliver island-wide across Singapore for residential and business addresses on mainland Singapore.

Not Covered by Standard Rates

Restricted-access zones (army camps, ports, airports, and government buildings) and offshore islands requiring special transit (eg ferry travel).

Processing Time

Processing time refers to the period required to prepare your order before it is handed over to the courier. This includes order confirmation, packing, quality checks, and dispatch preparation.

Orders placed before 12 PM are processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after 12 PM are processed on the next business day.

Weekend orders are processed on Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a Public Holiday).

Public Holidays may affect processing times.

Items Requiring Restocking

Some items may require restocking from our suppliers. For such items, please allow an additional 3–5 business days before processing and dispatch.

This restocking period is separate from the delivery transit time stated below.

Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)

Delivery timelines begin once your order has been dispatched and is in transit with the courier.

Standard Delivery

S$5 delivery fee.

Free on orders over S$100 (applies to Standard Delivery only).

Arrives within 5–7 business days after dispatch (excluding restocking and processing time).

Tracking information is provided when supported by courier partners.

Express Delivery

S$15 delivery fee (paid delivery upgrade).

Express Delivery is charged at S$15 regardless of order value, including orders above S$100.

Arrives within 1–2 business days after dispatch (excluding restocking and processing time).

Orders placed before 12 PM may qualify for next-day delivery priority, where applicable.

Large & Bulk Orders

Flat-rate shipping is intended for standard personal orders. Bulk or unusually heavy orders may require additional shipping charges.

If special handling is required, we will contact you with a custom shipping quote before dispatch.

Tax Information

Currently, no GST or tax is applied to orders. If tax becomes applicable in the future, customers will be notified in advance.
